Urgent Opening- Senior Test Data Engineer - Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

Role: Senior Test Data Management / Test Data Engineer Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid) Experience: 7 to12+ years

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test data management strategy for QA, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
• Design, create, provision, refresh, mask, and maintain test data across multiple environments.
• Work with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2 and other enterprise databases.
• Develop SQL scripts and automation for test-data creation and validation.
• Implement data masking, anonymization, and synthetic test data solutions to protect sensitive information.
• Manage test-data requests, dependencies, refresh cycles, and environment synchronization.
• Integrate TDM processes with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Work closely with QA, development, DevOps, data engineering, and business teams.
• Establish governance, standards, audit controls, and reusable test-data processes.
• Troubleshoot data-related defects and perform root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior TDM/QA engineers and provide technical leadership.

Preferred technical skills

• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Test Data Management tools such as Delphix, Informatica Test Data Management, IBM InfoSphere Optim, or similar
• Data masking and synthetic-data generation
• ETL/data integration concepts
• API testing and automation
• Jenkins/Git/Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools
• Python, Java, or Shell scripting
• Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum
