ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect

Active SC Clearance + Sole UK National Required

I'm currently looking for an experienced security cleared ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to support the design and delivery of IT Operations Management capabilities within a complex enterprise environment. This is an architecture-focused role requiring strong hands-on experience across ITOM, Event Management, AI Ops and CSDM/CMDB.

Essential Experience

• Security clearance (SC)
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect/Technical Architect
• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience
• Strong expertise in: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB/CSDM, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and AI Ops/Operational Intelligence
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure platforms
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Enterprise Service Management
• Experience designing secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM architecture and solution design
• Define technical architecture across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and CMDB
• Provide technical governance and assurance across delivery teams
• Design scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring/infrastructure tooling
• Support solution estimation, planning and approvals
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and architecture roadmaps
• Ensure CMDB/CSDM supports service visibility, operations and reporting
• Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators and project teams
