Senior Project Manager

TGRC partnered with a leading international renewable energy business to appoint a Senior Project Manager as it continues to expand its utility-scale renewables portfolio. Backed by a major global infrastructure investor, the business is a fully integrated Independent Power Producer, with a long-term focus on developing, building, owning and operating renewable energy assets across multiple international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation at a pivotal stage in its development.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll take ownership of project delivery from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through to Commercial Operation Date (COD) , coordinating contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead utility-scale renewable energy projects from NTP through to COD.

• Coordinate multiple contractors across solar PV, BESS and grid connection.

• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and delivery milestones.

• Collaborate with internal development, finance, legal and wider business teams.

• Support project finance requirements, including lender reporting.

• Manage key stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects within an IPP environment.

• Strong solar PV project delivery experience, ideally with BESS.

• Experience managing multiple contractors, including grid connection interfaces.

• Understanding of project finance and lender reporting.

• Strong commercial, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally, with approximately one week per month in Romania.
