The Role

• Develop long-term advertising relationships by meeting and exceeding sales objectives in an assigned territory.
• Utilize professional sales techniques to grow advertising sales and community relationships.
• Target businesses in the assigned area, visiting established clients and competitor clients.
• Identify potential growth areas and open new accounts through prospecting and lead follow-up.
• Prepare proposals and presentations using company tools and present to clients regularly.
• Participate actively in sales meetings, seminars, and trade shows.

What You'll Need

• Comfort with making cold calls, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to articulate policies and procedures clearly through oral presentations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and effective time management skills.
• Willingness to learn new technology and immerse yourself in the outdoor advertising industry.
• A valid Driver's License and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is preferred.
