Job Description

Direct Hire Opportunity | AGEPHA Pharma

Inizio Engage has partnered with AGEPHA Pharma, a European family-owned pharmaceutical company, to identify Cardiovascular Sales Specialists to join their growing U.S. team. This is a direct hire opportunity with AGEPHA Pharma, offering the chance to join an entrepreneurial organization expanding its U.S. presence following the successful launch of LODOCO (0.5 mg colchicine tablets), an innovative cardiovascular therapy.

AGEPHA Pharma is focused on bringing innovative therapies to patients while fostering a culture of bold thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution. With continued U.S. growth and additional product introductions planned, this is an exciting opportunity for results-oriented sales professionals who are passionate about cardiovascular health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals within your assigned network to drive prescriptions for LODOCO.
  • Call on HCPs — both in-person and through non-personal methods (e.g., calls, emails, texts) — to educate them on cardiovascular inflammation and the appropriate use of LODOCO.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific plans, including KOL and account profiles, pre-call strategy, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to sales ethics and compliance guidelines.
  • Log all HCP interactions, call notes, and expense reports accurately and on time using the company’s CRM and reporting tools.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers, hospital staff, and pharmacy decision-makers.
  • Attend and represent the brand at congresses, conferences, and industry meetings to stay informed on scientific trends and market developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including sales, marketing, and regulatory — to ensure aligned, effective market access and brand strategy execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or business.
  • Sales experience required, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence customers, and drive results.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area (e.g., cardiology, lipid management, inflammation) is a strong plus.
  • Existing relationships with cardiology practices and networks in the designated territory are highly preferred.
  • Documented record of sales success or achievement against performance goals.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Close-Up, is a plus.

Key Competencies:

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to think creatively, solve problems independently, and manage initiatives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at establishing and nurturing professional partnerships built on trust, integrity, and strategic collaboration.
  • Analytical Mindset: Capable of interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.

What we offer:

  • Growth Potential – Be part of an established pharmaceutical company expanding into the U.S. market, with room for professional growth as the company and portfolio evolve.
  • Entrepreneurial Environment – Thrive in a dynamic, startup-like setting where innovation and agility are valued.
  • Flexible Work Options – This is a 100% remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Mission-Driven Culture – Join a supportive, family-oriented company dedicated to improving patients lives.
  • High-Upside Compensation – Built for top performers, featuring an uncapped monthly per-script bonus that makes up the majority of earning potential. With 100% company support through CRM tools, iPads, and target identification, reps are set up to maximize results and bonus earnings.
