Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced WMS Functional Process Consultant to lead warehouse process design, configuration, and operational support across enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP EWM/WM, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, or similar WMS platforms, along with expertise in warehouse operations, system integrations, production support, and process optimization in high-volume distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with warehouse, logistics, and business stakeholders to analyze current warehouse operations and identify process improvement opportunities
• Design and document future-state warehouse processes covering receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory management
• Configure WMS rules, workflows, allocation strategies, task interleaving, slotting, cartonization, and labeling processes
• Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations between WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, carrier systems, warehouse automation systems, and third-party applications
• Validate message flows, acknowledgments, exception handling, and interface performance across middleware, APIs, and EDI integrations
• Provide Level 3 production support by troubleshooting complex warehouse execution and integration issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for warehouse system issues
• Support system cutover, hypercare, production deployments, and post-go-live stabilization activities
• Develop SQL queries, reconciliation routines, dashboards, and operational reports to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse performance
• Monitor and report KPIs such as inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock time, order cycle time, picking productivity, and operational backlog
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable warehouse solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP EWM or SAP WM Certification
• Experience with Blue Yonder or Manhattan WMS implementations
• Experience in warehouse automation and material handling systems
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or Supply Chain Management
• Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Distribution industries
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
