Warehouse Operative

Hourly Rate:

Day Rate - £12.99 - £13.30
Night Rate - £15.58 - £15.89
You could also earn a performance bonus

Your responsibilities may include:

• Processing of unlabeled branded stock
• Move stock around, palletising stock using MHE
• Apply Next labels before packing items into delivery bags for direct customer fulfillment.
• Involves opening boxes of clothes from our suppliers and hanging them correctly on the right hanger
• Checking and processing returns
• Support other areas as needed

We're looking for a dedicated individual who:

• Is comfortable with manual handling and lifting heavy boxes that weigh up to 25kg
• Has the capacity to work quickly and think decisively
• Who can adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.
• Can demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Can show commitment to working efficiently to meet targets
• Will be comfortable with moving around the warehouse or remain in a stationary position for the duration of your shift.
• Can adapt and be prepared to contribute to different areas and adjust to changing needs.
• Has a good eye for detail and attention to detail
• Has a desire to learn new skills and apply them where required.
