The Role

• Conduct in-depth psychological diagnostics for adolescent inpatients.
• Provide individual psychotherapeutic treatment tailored to patient needs.
• Lead indication-specific group therapies and actively engage in the therapeutic process.
• Prepare admission and discharge reports and maintain professional documentation.
• Participate in the structured 36-month further training program for child and adolescent psychotherapy.

What You'll Need

• Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychotherapy (Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy according to the reformed study regulations).
• Readiness to participate in the in-patient part of the specialized psychotherapist training.
• Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Self-initiative, high engagement, and a responsible work approach.
• Excellent social skills and empathy in interactions with patients and colleagues.
