The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Clearly communicate service offerings, proposals, and solutions to potential customers.
• Utilize company-provided tools and technology to manage sales activities and customer accounts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required pesticide licenses or certifications.
• Comfortable working independently in various environments, including outdoors and in restricted spaces.
• Ability to learn and apply new information through comprehensive training programs.
• Strong listening and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and customer care.
