Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Instructional Coordinators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Assess training needs and develop persona-based curricula, learning journeys, training plans, and instructional objectives aligned with business and adoption goals.
2. Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, simulations, job aids, quick-reference guides, videos, knowledge checks, and other technology-enabled learning materials.
3. Maintain learning content and support training readiness, delivery, governance, content reviews, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement throughout program lifecycles.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience in instructional design and enterprise learning development, including needs assessment, curriculum design, eLearning development, instructional content creation.
Technical Skills	Instructional Design, eLearning Development, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline/Rise, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Learning Management Systems, Video Production
Business / Domain Skills	Learning Needs Assessment, Curriculum Development, Training Strategy, Change Adoption, Stakeholder Management.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting procurement, source-to-pay, finance, ERP, technology, or other enterprise transformation programs.
2. Experience with LMS platforms, training analytics, simulations, scenario-based learning, and virtual instructor-led training.
