Senior Techno-Functional (FHIR & API Data Specialist)

Senior techno-functional analyst operating across business requirements, interoperability APIs, and healthcare data pipelines to support CMS interoperability mandates (Patient Access, Provider Access, Payer-to-Payer Exchange, and Prior Authorization) and related regulatory programs.

This role requires direct engagement with FHIR resource structures, payload inspection, mapping logic, and data validation workflows—not documentation-only participation.

Experience expectation: 15+ years in healthcare technology and interoperability environments, with strong payer-side data domain exposure.

Core Responsibilities

Interoperability Requirements Engineering

* Lead requirements definition for CMS-0057–aligned interoperability interfaces

* Translate business objectives into:

 * Detailed FHIR resource specifications

 * element-level transformation mappings from source platforms to API outputs

* Define transformation logic across claims, enrollment, provider, and clinical datasets within payer ecosystems
