Civil Designer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of civil drafting experience on building and infrastructure projects


• 5+ years of experience in pipe networking and service modeling


• 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D


• 
  
  Strong ability to develop efficient drafting and modeling methods that clearly communicate engineering intent through construction documents
  
  

• Support the design and construction of large-scale industrial, manufacturing, and office facilities.


• Prepare civil design drawings, including plans, profiles, sections, and details.


• Take ownership of initial model and sheet set-ups using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.


• Coordinate civil CAD models with multidisciplinary teams working in Revit and other modeling platforms.


• Collaborate with BIM and CAD support teams to maintain consistent modeling standards.


• Integrate new designs into existing facility models.


• Assist with developing custom CAD content and tools.


• Produce accurate, high-quality models.


• Support 30%, 60%, and 90% design reviews with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Pay rate:
$40/hr-$55/hr
