Cybersecurity / Infrastructure Manager

Responsible for developing, executing and governing the company s technology strategy for corporate software, infrastructure, equipment, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI).

Manages desktop and application support, server management, cloud and network infrastructure, security best practices, and regulatory compliance.

Interfaces internally with all FMI staff, and externally with consultants and vendors who support our technology.

Serves as the primary liaison to corporate for all cybersecurity and AI maturity programs.

The role reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer and represents the IT perspective in strategic planning and decision making.

• 5+ years of IT leadership
• 10 - 15 years of infrastructure experience
• Strong cybersecurity strategy experience
• Experience with or exposure to AI governance
• Excellent communication & strategic thinking
• Certifications a plus (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.)
