Recruiting Human Resources Assistant

KinderCare seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring for our early childhood education centers. In this role, you’ll post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. You’ll maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system, assist with background checks and references, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience. Collaborating closely with HR and center leaders, you’ll uphold KinderCare’s commitment to a diverse, inclusive workforce that supports high‑quality learning for every child.
