Our new Charlotte boutique will be opening at SouthPark Mall we are looking for Seasonal Retail Sales Associates.

This is part-time role, up to 19 hours per week, now through January 10
. As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our boutique. Greeting customers, offering complimentary coffee tastings, and building relationships. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.

Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences. Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee. Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee. Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software. Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset. Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment.

Reminder – full availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027 is required
WHAT YOU’LL ENJOY:
Selling and going out of your way to create a memorable experience for our customers. Learning more about coffee and sharing that knowledge with customers. Working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Bonus Eligibility: No
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
