We’re seeking a Media Buyer to organize and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on scaling performance, improving key metrics, and collaborating closely with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for fast-growing consumer brands.

💼 Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok

• Develop strategies to scale campaigns and maximize ROAS

• Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics

• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets (copy, visuals, video)

• Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms

• Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance

• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new opportunities

• Monitor competitors and identify new strategies to stay competitive

✅ Qualifications (Must Haves)

• 2+ years of experience in social media advertising, or paid media.

• Strong experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards

• Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and briefs

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven

• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to adapt quickly and stay up to date with trends and new strategies.
