Glean AI Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Introduction:

The Glean AI Engineer will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in Glean AI, RAG Architecture on Glean, Enterprise Search, and Artificial Intelligence to drive innovation and efficiency within our team. They will play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Glean AI to develop and implement AI models and algorithms
• Work with RAG Architecture on Glean to optimize indexing, Connectors, retrieval quality, and runtime permission enforcement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing systems
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of AI systems
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in AI technology

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience with at least 6 years of experience in Glean AI
• Hands-on production experience in Glean Platform, including Agent builder App, Actions, model Hub, Conviction, and permission aware retrieval
• Working knowledge of enterprise search and RAG Architecture on Glean

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with developing and deploying AI solutions in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
