Quality Engineer| Blandford | Competitive

As Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the primary quality contact for assigned customer accounts
- Lead customer complaint investigations using 8D and 5 Why methodologies
- Coordinate customer visits, audits and quality reviews
- Support PPAP preparation and APQP activities for new product introduction
- Monitor and analyse customer PPM, scrap and rework performance
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce non-conformances
As Quality Engineer, your experience will include:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a manufacturing quality environment
- Experience leading customer complaint investigations and corrective actions
- Practical use of 8D, 5 Why and root cause analysis methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 advantageous
- Auditor qualification, lead auditor training, or experience with SPC and MSA desirable
