We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can bring exceptional talent on board and play a key role in shaping and strengthening our teams.

In this role, you'll own the full hiring cycle from job requisition to offer process. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and People Operations leadership to build scalable talent pipelines, represent the Vultr brand throughout the candidate experience, and ensure a consistent, high-quality hiring process across every requisition.

This role calls for strong full-cycle recruiting expertise - paired with exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, strong task ownership, sharp candidate assessment skills, and effective stakeholder management, along with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive searches in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment across a broad mix of corporate roles, with a primary focus on Engineering, IT Infrastructure and other technical positions, plus GTM, Marketing, and beyond.

  • Conduct targeted sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

  • Evaluate each applicant's technical know-how, soft skills, experience, and overall aptitude against what the role actually demands.

  • Ability to successfully manage compensation conversations, and presentation to candidates with a high close rate.

  • Conduct effective screening interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods to identify top talent that best matches our requirements.

  • Keep a pulse on shifting talent market dynamics, and industry benchmarks, using those insights to sharpen recruitment outcomes and strengthen the employer brand.

  • Take full ownership of each requisition end to end, driving positions toward close with urgency while keeping communication clear and consistent throughout the process.

  • Collaborate closely with the Hiring Managers and Leadership Team, partnering with them to strategically build their teams successfully.

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in partnership with the Hiring Managers.

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude as it pertains to the requisition.

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process, embodying the company's brand and building strong, lasting relationships with candidates at every stage.

  • Coordinate and manage relationships with recruitment agencies to support hiring needs where external sourcing is required.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on recruiting experience, having successfully closed roles across both technical and corporate functions.

  • Proven experience as a successful Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).

  • Experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., Engineering, IT Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud, Data) w/in a high-tech company (required).

  • Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Sourcing sites, specifically, Ashby (or similar) and LinkedIn.
