Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and organizational fit.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
Stay updated on IT technologies, market trends, and talent availability.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Training will be provided in end-to-end recruitment and HR administration activities.
