The Role

• Represent premium window and door solutions at retail stores, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with shoppers to generate interest and create qualified leads for in-home consultations.
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador, showcasing the company's craftsmanship and direct-to-consumer model.
• Focus on retail locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

What You'll Need

• An outgoing and confident personality with a passion for interacting with people.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various retail locations and events.
• Ability to comfortably stay on your feet during shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.
