Required Qualifications
3-7 years of experience supporting Oracle databases in enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of:
o Oracle Database Administration
o Oracle SQL
o PL/SQL
o Query tuning
o Execution plans
o Performance diagnostics
• Experience working with:
o AWR
o ASH
o SQL Tuning
o Optimizer behavior
o Statistics management
• Experience developing automation solutions for database operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear operational recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
AI & Automation
• Understanding of:
o MCP (Model Context Protocol)
o Agentic AI architectures
o Agent-to-agent workflows
o Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
o Generative AI concepts
• Familiarity with AI governance, explainability, and trusted data practices.
