The Role • Lead the design and development of architectural and systems solutions white papers. • Coordinate process and baseline updates for requirements and architectural diagrams. • Track and report on execution status, generating detailed reports for stakeholders. • Manage schedules, risks, opportunities, defects, and action items. • Perform systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, and trade studies. • Author white papers documenting problems, recommended solutions, and technical specifications. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6+ years. • Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, integration, testing, and deployment. • Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance. • Familiarity with Model Based System Engineering, Waterfall, and Agile practices. • Experience leading and directing team activities. • Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal and external customers.
