Social Worker - Referral & Assessment

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Assessment Team in either Richmond upon Thames or Kingston upon Thames.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting children and young people subject to Child Protection and Child in Need plans
• Transferring cases appropriately to the Permanence team
• Building strong, respectful relationships with families, support networks, and partner agencies
• Completing assessments, threshold applications, home visits, direct work, care planning, chairing meetings, and case recording in line with policy

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant degree
• Completion of ASYE
• Active Social Work England registration
