Salesforce Developer / Engineer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Engineer to support CapMetro's enterprise Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, configure, integrate, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Apex

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • SOQL/SOSL

  • Salesforce Flows

  • Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs

• Experience developing custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and enhancements

• Salesforce Security Model:

  • Profiles

  • Roles

  • Permission Sets

  • Sharing Rules

  • Field-Level Security

• Salesforce Objects & Data Modeling

• Salesforce Deployment & Release Management

• Salesforce DX / VS Code

• Git / Source Control

• Agile/Scrum methodology

• Enterprise application support

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.

• Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

• Design and support REST/SOAP API integrations.

• Configure Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, and automation.

• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.

• Support deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, code reviews, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
