Role: Salesforce Lead Developer

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Key Responsibilities

Build Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, triggers, and platform APIs.

Develop scalable integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns where applicable002E

Translate solution designs and user stories into high-quality Salesforce configurations and custom code.

Write reliable unit tests, support code reviews, and maintain deployment readiness.

Troubleshoot Salesforce issues across data, automation, integrations, performance, and security contexts.

Support release management, source control discipline, and CI/CD deployment processes.

Collaborate with architects, admins, business analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver stable outcomes.

Contribute to documentation and reusable development standards for Salesforce delivery.

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong Apex development experience, including classes, triggers, batch/asynchronous processing, and governor-limit-aware design.

Strong Lightning Web Components experience.

Salesforce Flows, validation rules, object model, and declarative automation experience.

Strong SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data model understanding.

REST/SOAP API integration experience.

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation experience.

Git-based source control and deployment process experience.

Ability to write test classes and support production-quality release management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Salesforce Data Cloud exposure.

MuleSoft or equivalent middleware exposure.

Experience Cloud exposure.

Revenue Cloud / CPQ exposure.

Platform Events or event-driven architecture exposure.

CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

Healthcare or regulated-industry project experience.

Agentforce or AI-enabled Salesforce use-case exposure.

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II preferred
