Project Coordinator, Temporary

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will provide coordination and administrative support for a federally funded OSHA program. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) responsible for supporting the Principal Investigator, project faculty, trainers, and other project personnel in the planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation of grant activities. Responsibilities include trainee recruiting, supporting program logistics, maintaining records, assisting with reporting requirements, and helping to ensure compliance with OSHA timelines. The position will also coordinate scheduling, act as a liaison for facility/rental arrangements, and provide administrative support for training activities.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Knowledge of occupational safety and health training programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, occupational safety and health training requirements, or federally funded training programs.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree: BS or BA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating occupational safety and health training programs.
• Experience recruiting trainees or participants from industrial settings.
• Experience working directly with industrial companies, employers, or workforce organizations.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, occupational safety and health training requirements, or federally funded training programs.
• Experience with grant administration, reporting, compliance documentation, or program evaluation.
