The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage stock, complete reports, and maintain positive customer interactions.
• Operate independently, making informed decisions to resolve customer vehicle issues.
• Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and think critically on your feet.
