Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

• Conduct design workshops with clients to capture business processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, or S&OP.

• Translate functional business logic into technical platform workflows and data models.

o9 Platform Configuration

• Configure core o9 components including dimensions, attributes, measure groups, hierarchies, and aggregation logic.

• Build user interface (UI) layouts, dashboards, data-spreading logic, and custom report views using o9 configuration capabilities.

• Develop and debug business logic queries and scripts (e.g., IBPL logic, SQL calculations).

Data Analytics & Integration Support

• Collaborate with technical architects to manage data flows across staging layers, SSIS, ETL pipelines, and platform UI output measures.

• Perform data modeling, validation, and analytics to ensure input/output accuracy.

Testing, Deployment & Client Management

• Create and execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.

• Facilitate end-to-end implementation lifecycles from initial setup through go-live, cutover, and post-implementation hypercare.

• Train super-users and end-users on platform navigation, planning workflows, and exception management.

Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Experience: 2 5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning and SaaS enterprise solution implementations.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on configuration experience with the o9 Solutions Platform (or comparable enterprise planning platforms like Anaplan, Blue Yonder/JDA, Kinaxis, or SAP IBP).

• Proficiency in relational databases and querying languages (SQL, T-SQL, MDX).

• Strong understanding of data modeling, attribute hierarchies, and ETL processes.

Domain Knowledge: Functional grasp of key supply chain disciplines (Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP/IBP).

Soft Skills: Problem-solving ability, stakeholder management, agile project execution skills, and clear client-facing communication.
