Job Description:

Seeking a Senior FICO Blaze Advisor Developer/Lead (8+ years) with strong expertise in Blaze Advisor 7.x, BRMS development, Java/Spring, Oracle, REST APIs, and production support. Candidate should have hands-on experience developing Rule Set Templates, Code Templates, Rule Flows, Decision Trees, Decision Tables, and Score Models, along with BR Unit Testing, CI/CD, and Agile delivery. Prior experience in enterprise-scale applications, airline or financial services domains, and client-facing roles is highly preferred.

Skills: Strong experience with FICO Blaze Advisor 7.x.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor (7.x).
• Develop and enhance Rule Set Templates, Code Templates, Rule Flows, Decision Trees, Decision Tables, Decision Strategies, Providers, Score Models, and Decision Metaphors.
• Integrate Blaze Advisor with Java, Spring, Mainframe, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into rule-based solutions.
• Perform BR Unit Testing, JUnit Testing, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide L2/L3 support.
• Manage deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot incidents, and support business-critical operations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and defect management activities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution architecture discussions
