Recruit UK are supporting an esteemed financial planning firm and they're looking for a paraplanner to join their Leicester office.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver high quality technical support across pensions, investments and protection. You'll be responsible for producing suitability reports, carrying out research and ensuring clients receive an efficient and compliant service, while having the opportunity to develop your career within a growing business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce suitability reports and technical financial planning documentation
  • Conduct product, fund and provider research across pensions, investments and protection
  • Prepare illustrations, valuations and client review packs
  • Support Advisers before and after client meetings to ensure cases progress efficiently
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA requirements
  • Work closely with Advisers and the wider operations team to deliver an excellent client experience

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards)
  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner within a Wealth Management firm
  • Experience writing suitability reports and conducting technical research
  • Advanced knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning products
