Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled, senior-level administrator to join our team in a remote setting. 
• This full-time position involves the administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of a complex software environment. 
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system administration and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the software in an on-premises environment.
• Maintain and optimize human capital management applications.
• Provide expertise for payroll systems in North America.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support maintenance and enhancements.
• Collaborate with teams to support business and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience as a senior-level administrator.
• Experience supporting software in an on-premises environment.
• Strong background in human capital management systems.
• Experience with payroll systems for North America.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
