Job Description

Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) Intensivstation | Kellenhusen, Germany | On-site

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join the ICU team at a leading hospital located directly on the Baltic Sea coast. This facility is a critical care center for the region, specializing in a range of medical fields and serving a large volume of patients annually.

The Role

  • Provide comprehensive basic and advanced nursing care to intensive care patients according to established standards.
  • Monitor critically ill and ventilated patients and participate in internal resuscitation services.
  • Work autonomously within an interdisciplinary team of physicians and therapists.
  • Contribute to process development and nursing practice innovation.
  • Experience diverse nursing challenges across Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Thoracic Surgery, Visceral Surgery, and Vascular Surgery.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as a Registered Nurse.
  • Ideally, a completed specialization in Intensive Care Nursing or willingness to pursue it.
  • Independent, responsible, and structured work approach.
  • High level of empathy, teamwork skills, and service orientation.
