Principal Mechanical Engineer

The Role

• Lead mechanical building services projects from concept to completion
• Provide technical direction to multidisciplinary design teams
• Manage project programmes, budgets, quality and risks
• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Coordinate designs using BIM and Revit MEP
• Mentor engineers and support the growth of the wider team
• Contribute to commercial performance and project success

About You

• Chartered Engineer, or close to Chartership through CIBSE
• Strong mechanical building services consultancy experience
• Proven delivery of UK multidisciplinary design projects
• Confident leading teams and managing client relationships
• Strong commercial awareness and technical expertise
• BIM and Revit MEP knowledge is highly desirable
