System Software Programmer – Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Software Programmer to support enterprise application modernization and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Angular, PrimeNG, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, and DevOps/CI/CD.

This role will focus on developing and modernizing financial, HR, and administrative applications, integrating enterprise systems, improving legacy applications, and supporting secure and reliable software deployments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of State or Federal Government experience.
• 3+ years of Angular and PrimeNG development.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 3+ years of ASP.NET Core and C# development.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• 3+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience, including database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• 3+ years of legacy code refactoring and enterprise application modernization.
• 3+ years of DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• 5+ years of manual and automated software testing throughout the SDLC.
• 3+ years of technical documentation experience.
• Familiarity with security, data privacy, and compliance standards such as NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, or similar frameworks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or reporting/data pipelines.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud technologies.
• Experience with SharePoint or collaboration platforms.
• Experience supporting HR, Finance, or administrative systems.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Candidates must currently reside within the Eastern Time Zone.
• Hybrid work arrangement with occasional onsite presence based on project requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
