Job DescriptionXPO is Now Hiring Pre-Made CDL-A Team Drivers in Indianapolis, INEarn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop && Hook Freight4 Days on/3 Days Off - Dedicated Routes\nTop Pay && Benefits:\n\n Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split\n Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays\n Typical schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off\n 4,400 - 4,600 planned weekly miles\n Full health insurance benefits available on day one\n 401(k) with company match\n No-touch and in-house freight\n\nWhat to Expect:\nAs an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators.

Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 4 days on the road, followed by 3 days of well-deserved time at home.
