We are seeking a dynamic leader for the heart of our supermarket – the fresh food counter. This is an opportunity to shape exceptional culinary creations and ensure the highest quality for our customers, all while leading a dedicated team.

The Role

• Lead and mentor your team to deliver outstanding customer service and product quality.
• Implement national sales concepts and ensure adherence to hygiene and quality standards.
• Create attractive product displays and drive sales through innovative promotional activities.
• Manage all aspects of the fresh food counter, including inventory, pricing, and stock flow.
• Oversee cost and revenue development, and conduct regular inventory checks.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or relevant experience in baked goods or fresh food counters.
• Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen eye for quality.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a commitment to your responsibilities.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility for shift work, including Saturdays.
