Job Description

The Automation Engineer focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing control systems in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems (Siemens and Allen Bradley preferred)
Optimize equipment performance through continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to reduce downtime
Modify and improve HMI/SCADA systems as needed
Assist with new equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Experience programming PLCs, especially Siemens and Allen-Bradley
Background in industrial automation, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
