This employer is establishing a new Intermediate Care (IMC) station as an integral part of their surgical intensive care unit. They are seeking dedicated registered nurses to contribute to the development and operation of this 8-bed unit, focusing on high-quality postoperative and acute surgical patient care. The Role

• Monitor and provide nursing care for postoperative and acutely deteriorating surgical patients.
• Perform IMC-specific nursing interventions, including monitoring, mobilization, infusion therapy, and wound/pain management.
• Participate in interprofessional therapy planning and structured handovers.
• Engage in interdisciplinary daily rounds and collaborate closely with the medical team.
• Implement and develop standards and SOPs in line with professional guidelines.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d) with a valid professional license.
• Experience in acute or intensive care settings is advantageous.
• Interest in IMC nursing and professional development.
• Strong team spirit, commitment, and a sense of responsibility.
• For international applicants, at least B2 level German proficiency and recognition of foreign professional qualifications.
