Project Management

TEECOM hires by discipline, not by open requisition. We are growing — multiple teams across the US, UK, and India are actively hiring to grow their teams.

When you apply here, you are applying to TEECOM for a role in Project Management. Rather than interviewing for a single posted role, you will go through a structured Discipline Assessment that establishes your level and demonstrated capability. Once your level is determined, TEECOM's recruiting and leadership teams match your profile to the best available opening on a team that fits your skills, experience, and goals.

Roles span Project Manager I through Project Manager III. Your level — and your title — are determined by your assessment, not by the role you apply to.

If you have meaningful experience in more than one discipline, apply to your primary discipline and tell your recruiter about your secondary discipline(s) during your Introduction Call. You may be scheduled for a separate Discipline Assessment for each one.
