The start of a new year is often the right time to consider a fresh challenge. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a well-established engineering team supporting a high-profile commercial site in Central London.

This role offers long-term stability, technical variety, and the chance to work within a complex, fast-paced environment where safety, compliance, and service delivery are key.

The Role

You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of building services systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety, and water treatment. Working as part of a shift team, youll deliver both planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring all works meet contractual and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across building services systems

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures, permits to work, and risk assessments

  • Liaising with site stakeholders and specialist subcontractors

  • Accurately updating CAFM systems and maintenance documentation

  • Supporting minor works and providing technical input where required

This position suits an engineer with a flexible mindset, strong fault-finding skills, and pride in delivering a reliable service.

  • Time-served electrical engineer with relevant industry qualifications
