Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and applications<br />Troubleshoot and manage networks and servers<br />Take ownership of requests following them to resolution<br />Proactive when dealing with customer issues<br />Offer 1st line technical support to customers Person Specification: Fluent in Dutch<br />Technically minded and customer focused<br />Ability to work as a team and independently<br />Maintain a calm, analytical disposition<br />Have practical experience in a support environmentThis is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of £30,000 This is a remote / Work from home position Apply now!
