Program Manager

1. Executive Governance: Own executive-level governance with Apple stakeholders, Align delivery with client priorities, Lead quarterly/monthly strategic reviews

2. Supplier & Contract Governance: Ensure supplier obligations are met, Oversee deliverable acceptance, Manage commercial and contractual risks

3. Resource Strategy: Approve staffing and pyramid strategy, Drive talent readiness and succession planning, Support scaling across geographies

4. Relationship Management: Build senior stakeholder relationships, Manage client expectations, Position HCL capabilities and differentiators

5. Performance Oversight: Review service performance and trends, Sponsor corrective actions, Ensure governance maturity

6. Growth & Transformation: Identify expansion opportunities, Sponsor automation/transformation initiatives, Drive value realization

• Extensive experience in account governance, commercial management, client relationship management, supplier governance, and strategic resource planning.

• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and transformation leadership capabilities with a track record of managing large enterprise accounts.

• Proficiency in executive reporting, governance tools, financial management, and managed services transformation programs.

• Experience in high-tech, engineering services, or Apple-like environments is preferred.

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred 15+ years’ experience
