We are seeking an experienced Data Center Contracts Closeout Document Specialist to support the commercial and contractual closeout of large scale data center construction projects. This position will coordinate contract documentation, commercial lifecycle activities, and project closeout requirements across multiple contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

The ideal candidate has hands on experience supporting large data center builds, understands the construction contract lifecycle, and is highly skilled in organizing, tracking, reconciling, and closing complex commercial documentation
