The Role

• Provide comprehensive and individualized patient care, addressing psychosocial needs and adhering to current nursing standards and regulations.
• Expertly assess and identify patient needs, including critical conditions, and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate nursing care processes.
• Implement physician's orders and promptly communicate relevant observations.
• Perform and assist with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing care.
• Guide and train trainees and new staff members.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed professional training as a Registered Nurse (with a specialization in Pediatrics or general nursing).
• Excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong loyalty, commitment, and flexibility in task execution.
• A positive attitude towards interprofessional collaboration.
• For international applicants: Minimum B2 German language proficiency and recognition of foreign professional qualifications.
