Job Description

Title: Sr. Test Engineer
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Austin, TX, || Bellevue, WA || Mount Laurel, NJ || Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Contract: W2
Visa: Independent Visa

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright + Cucumber
Write clear and meaningful Gherkin feature files
Implement robust step definitions in JavaScript/TypeScript/Playwright
Automate functional, regression, and smoke test scenarios
Execute tests as part of CI/CD pipelines
Analyse failures, fix flaky tests, and improve coverage

Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience with Playwright (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Cucumber / BDD (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with selenium
Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with Git and CI tools (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)
Good understanding of test strategy and automation best practices

Good to Have
API automation experience
Experience with Selenium Playwright migration
Exposure to Docker or cloud execution
