What You'll Need • Have a (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or be a state-certified technician or business administrator. • Possess German language proficiency at B2 level. • Demonstrate diligence, responsibility, and discretion. • Exhibit empathy, compassion, enjoy working with people, and be resilient. • Previous experience in a voluntary social year, federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
