Role: Principal Solution Architect – Oracle Financials
Location: Baltimore, MD (Remote – Required Once in a Quarter)
Job Type: 6 Months Contract-To-Hire

Job Summary:
Seeking a Principal Solution Architect with deep Oracle Financials / Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) expertise to lead architecture and integration solutions for complex enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strategic technical direction, make key architecture decisions, and guide solution delivery across Oracle Financials and related ERP platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements and strategy into scalable solution architectures.
  • Lead architecture design, technology selection, integration strategy, and critical design decisions.
  • Provide technical oversight and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Partner with business leaders, product owners, domain architects, security, data, and delivery teams.
  • Drive architecture governance from planning through implementation and ensure successful solution delivery.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of cumulative Oracle Financials / Oracle EBS experience.
  • Principal-level Solution Architecture experience.
  • Strong expertise across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Taxes, SLA, Budgets, Refunds, 1099, Accounting Hub/OCI, and Financial Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle configuration, extensions, customizations, integrations, and orchestration with external accounting/payment applications.
  • Experience with HR/workforce-management and procurement ERP systems.
  • Strong integration and end-to-end solution architecture experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
 
Nice to Have
  • PeopleSoft HCM and/or Ariba experience.
  • Experience with equivalent procurement/workforce-management platforms.
  • Healthcare payer/provider experience.
  • Exposure to cloud, modernization, and emerging technologies.
