Working within a matrix organisation, you'll lead projects from initiation through to delivery, collaborating with senior stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resource forecasts.
  • Manage project budgets, financial tracking and forecasting activities.
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance and reporting processes.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies (RAID).
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Ensure project milestones, quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved.
  • Support successful operational transition and business adoption of delivered change.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering complex projects within technology, transformation or change environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership teams.
  • Demonstrable experience managing project governance, RAID logs and delivery reporting.
  • Experience working within highly regulated, enterprise-scale or governance-heavy organisations.
  • Strong supplier and third-party vendor management experience.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within matrix structures and cross-functional teams.
  • Pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Experience using recognised Project Management methodologies, tools and frameworks.

Desirable Experience

  • Technology transformation or digital change programmes.
  • Infrastructure, utilities, telecoms, financial services or regulated industry experience.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Exposure to operational readiness, business change and implementation activities.

Qualifications

  • PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent Project Management qualification preferred.
