Product Manager (AI)

Introduction

As a Product Manager (AI), you will play a key role in driving the success of AI/ML and GenAI products within our organization. You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI solutions. Experience with Conversational AI/LLM-based products and a strong understanding of AI product lifecycle are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, backlog, and requirements
• Define product vision, priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive product delivery
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business stakeholders
• Define and track product success metrics and KPIs
• Work with evaluation, quality, and performance data to continuously improve AI products
• Translate business needs into scalable AI/ML and GenAI product solutions

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Product Management experience with AI/ML or GenAI products
• Experience with Conversational AI/LLM-based products strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, AI product lifecycle, and evaluation/quality metrics
• Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience

Preferred Skills:

• Google Cloud Platform/Vertex AI/CCAI experience is a strong plus
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business teams
• Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is a plus
